In his new role, Delgado will direct AUC’s medical science faculty, supporting the ongoing development and delivery of AUC’s quality medical education curriculum and furthering the university’s focus on social accountability and community engagement, AUC said on Wednesday. Delgado said he is honoured to have been chosen to join the outstanding leadership team and world-class medical school training programme at AUC. “I was drawn to AUC’s strong commitment to empowering students that I encountered in all the faculty and staff.”
