Despite the island being on near total shutdown, road crews were at work on Wednesday cleaning this trench at the junction of Dollison Drive and L.B. Scott Road in Cul de Sac.

Minister of Public Housing, Spatial Planning, Environment and Infrastructure VROMI Christopher Wever said on Wednesday morning that roadside cleaning, garbage collection and sewage clean-up activities will still take place during the lockdown imposed to mitigate the potential spread of coronavirus COVID-19. These works will “keep in mind social distancing,” according to him.
