Flower shops can deliver for Mother’s Day, Sunday | THE DAILY HERALD

PHILIPSBURG–Flower shops in the country will be able to put smiles on the faces of moms for their special day, as they are allowed to take orders and deliver for Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10, government announced in a notice on Thursday.

However, to do this, flower shops will be required to submit a request for a waiver (Professional Waiver Form A) by going on the government of St. Maarten website. After completing the form, it must be submitted to
