CAY BAY—Utility company GEBE announced that due to emergency repairs at the power plant on one of its engines several areas are/were out of power: Parts of Pelican, Cole Bay, Lower Parts of Town, Madame Estate, Arch Road and surrounding areas, Juancho Yrausquin Blvd, part of Point Blanche, Parts of Cay Hill and Parts of Saunders
