PHILIPSBURG–Gordon Yee and TelCell are back again this year with a spectacular eight sections under the theme “Touch of Nature.” Yee opened his mas camp on Friday afternoon at the Xerox Building in Philipsburg for revellers to see what the parade troupe perfectionist has to offer. Swamped with bright extravagant colours, patrons were impressed by the full costume wear presented by the production.
