The Golden Balloon Around Town Jump-Up last Friday according to police on Monday saw six persons detained. Two of these were held for excessive alcohol use, two for improper behaviour and two for the possession of an illegal firearm. All suspects were taken to the Philipsburg police station, where four of them paid a fine before being released. The two others caught with guns remained in custody for further investigation.
