One man’s trash is indeed another man’s treasure, as this photo from Corner Road in Cole Bay shows. The man with the wheelbarrow slowly made his way up the street picking through the trash bins sitting on the roadside waiting on garbage collectors. In one trash bin he found what appeared to be a good office chair in two parts. He quickly packed it in his wheelbarrow and moved on to the neighbouring bin.
