Interact at Rotary | THE DAILY HERALD

World Interact Week is celebrated every year during the first week of November to commemorate the founding of the first Interact Club in 1962.

To mark this occasion with Interactors and Rotarians around the world, Interact Clubs, in partnership with their sponsor Rotary Clubs, are encouraged to participate in joint projects during World Interact Week. This year Rotary Club of St. Maarten-Mid Isle invited the St. Dominic High School Interact Club to attend its weekly meeting on November 5 and help chair the meeting. Accepting the invitation were Interact Club President Lavisha Dadlani, Secretary Chanae Davis, Treasurer Jai Gangwani, Vice-President Rohan Goswani and Sergeant-at-Arms Diya Chatani. They gave Mid Isle an update on their plans for Interact Week, Christmas and the rest of the Rotary year 2018-2019. Dadlani also helped Mid Isle President Denise give thank you gifts to their guest speakers and exchange banners with two visiting Rotarians from Italy. To finish the meeting, Chatani fined all the Mid Isle Rotarians for some minor misdemeanours.
