PHILIPSBURG–Police announced on Tuesday that in connection with an ongoing investigation of armed robbery and kidnapping which occurred in 2017, detectives conducted a house search at a home in Dutch Quarter early Tuesday morning.
A man R.F.D. was arrested and kept in custody for questioning and further investigation, and several illegal items were confiscated for further investigation during this house search.
Police did not release more information about the particular case for which the suspect was arrested on Tuesday.
