The St. Maarten flag at Bell’s Lookout Point on Cole Bay Hill somehow partly broke loose and was hanging by its rope earlier today.
Brisk winds are believed to have been the culprit. It is not clear if the flag has meanwhile been taken down or reattached to the pole.
