Author Joseph Lake Jr. presented his book “Pen on Paper” (St. Martin 1970-2001)” along with his “Six 4 Nine” and “Friendly Anger” to Prime Minister William Marlin. “Pen on Paper” highlights journalism on St. Maarten in the 20th Century.
It comprises a compilation of articles, photos and other literature highlighting challenges faced by journalists. The book is seen as a tool for the continuous learning of St. Maarten history as it invokes open discussion for greater exchange of knowledge.
