Motorists turned up in large numbers from early Monday to be amongst the first set of persons to collect their 2022 number plates, which became available as of today.

Reports indicated that the first in line was a motorist who arrived at at 2:11am and slept in his vehicle, until dawn. Photo shows the long line which snaked all the way around the parking lot around mid-morning Monday.
