Lions Club postpones Mother’s Day Bingo

SUCKER GARDEN–The St. Maarten Lions Club announced on Wednesday that the board of directors has decided to postpone the Lions Mother’s Day Bingo which was scheduled for this Saturday, May 13, to the new date of Saturday, June 17, due to some technical challenges and after consulting with the committee in charge of the fundraising bingo.

The venue will be the same location: the St. Maarten Harbour Complex in the new Home Porting Building. Parking will be available onsite, doors open at 7:00pm for the public to obtain their bingo cards and the first bingo game starts at 8:00pm sharp.

All tickets for the Mother’s Day Bingo that the public bought over the past few weeks will be valid for the new date of June 17.

The general public can still purchase tickets for the Mother’s Day Bingo and Father’s Day Car Raffle at the Lions Den on Sucker Garden Road on Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Tickets for both events are also available every day at Van Dorp in Madame Estate, Big D’s Photo Studio and the Lion’s Den at the office for Afterschool School Activities (ASA).
