PHILIPSBURG--A missing-person report for Osburn Alexander was filed by his sister at the Philipsburg police station on Monday. Alexander, born in Dominica on October 27, 1972, was last seen before he left for work on the morning of Thursday, September 26. He has since not returned home or contacted any other family member.
Alexander has a slim physique, dark brown complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. He also wears many black rubber bands on his ankle.
The St. Maarten Police Force KPSM is seeking the assistance of the community to help locate Alexander. Persons with any information of his whereabouts are asked to contact police at tel. 1-721-542-2222 or emergency number 911. Persons can also send a private message to KPSM’s Facebook page.
