This truck broke down and caused a traffic jam for motorists driving up Cole Bay Hill on Friday afternoon. The driver seemed to have engine issues and Police Traffic Department officers were called to respond to the traffic build-up. Cars were allowed to use Alexis Arnell Road, which is a one-way road. The truck was later repaired and was able to move from blocking the busy road.
