Meeting with Governor

St. Maarten Governor Eugene Holiday visited the St. Maarten House in The Hague on Thursday evening. On the invitation of Minister Plenipotentiary Henrietta Doran-York, Holiday, who is the Netherlands on official business, talked to St. Maarteners about the impact of Hurricane Irma, the status of affairs and the rebuilding of the island. The audience, which included many students and young professionals, had a lot of smart questions for the Governor, all of which he duly answered, much to the appreciation of those present.
