COLE BAY–A motorcyclist was killed on the spot, minutes to 12:00am Monday, and another man severely injured after being involved in an accident on Cole Bay Hill.
According to a passer-by, it was unclear whether two motorcycles were involved, because the roadway was littered with debris from the accident.
