Minister of Justice Rafael Boasman announced on Wednesday that the complete renovation of the entrance to the Pointe Blanche prison will begin on Monday. He said the process to renovate the entrance is part of the overall repairs at the prison. The necessary security measures are being put in place for works to begin, according to the minister. The first phase will be the entrance, second the repairs to the inside of the prison and ultimately an entirely new prison facility. (File photo)
