Since recently the Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten (CBCS) has been entrusted with the supervision of Securities Intermediaries and Asset Managers. As such, CBCS is complying with the latest international developments of worldwide regulators.
During a short event, the monetary authority symbolically issued the first licence under the new Legislation (National Ordinance on the Supervision of Securities Intermediaries and Asset Managers) to Kaat Vermogensbeheer N.V.
