Blue Bead restaurant on St. Eustatius has new management under Marva Groenhart.
She promises to continue to provide quality food and brisk service. “Restaurant cuisine has to appeal and locally grown produce yields taste, joy and real energy. We want our customers to long for and love our food. Expectation is everything,” said Groenhart, who learned the restaurant business from her mother in Georgetown, Guyana. The restaurant was formerly operated by Ronald Mettraux, his wife and their business partner Alain Lane. The Mettraux left Statia on Saturday for new endeavours.
