CAY HILL–The National Institute for Professional Advancement (NIPA) currently has an enrolment drive for the upcoming school year as programmes will be offered in maritime, automotive, culinary arts, hospitality, social pedagogical work, business administration, and educational assistance.
Interested persons are encouraged to apply before registration closes on June 21, as spaces are limited. In honour of the school celebrating five years of service in St. Maarten, the first 20 people to register for a programme on June 5, will receive US $5 off their registration fee.
NIPA began the drive with an Open House on Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6.
Senior high school students and the public were invited to take a sneak peek into what is being offered in the institute’s various programmes. “Some students enjoyed themselves so much that they did not want to head back to their regular classes,” NIPA said in a press release on Monday. Among the happy students was Rushedie Henningham, who won a scholarship of NAf. 1,170 and decided to immediately enrol in one of the programmes, NIPA said.
More information can be obtained by visiting the campus during opening hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm or emailing
