Stop in the name of the law! This young driver was controlled by a policeman walking Boardwalk Boulevard on Wednesday. The child’s father asked the officer to stop the toy car, allowing him to snap a photo. It was all in good fun, and the officer continued patrolling the Philipsburg beach promenade afterward.
