Parliament closed due to COVID-19 | THE DAILY HERALD

PHILIPSBURG–Effective today, Friday St. Maarten’s House of Parliament will be closed until February 5, 2021, because of positive case of COVID-19.

Efforts are being made for all meetings to be conducted via Zoom and broadcast online. Physical meetings will resume on February 5 in the legislative hall.

Parliament encourages all residents to continue taking their own measures to encourage safety and security for all.
