Plates for strays | THE DAILY HERALD

Vehicle owners are encouraged by Animal Welfare Foundation to donate their old licence plates to the AWF shop at Dock Maarten in Pointe Blanche.

The plates are sold as unique St. Maarten souvenirs and proceeds are used to continue AWF’s spay and neuter programme, as well as its awareness and education projects. The group cares for strays and unwanted dogs and cats, while it also assists pet owners with low-cost sterilization. In photo: Aisaiah Nunes delivers collected number plates to Kathy Deher of AWF.
