PHILIPSBURG–The Prosecutor’s Office and the Police Force have issued a stern warning to all those who have outstanding fines to pay them immediately or face jail time. During upcoming traffic controls, police will be checking a list for persons who have unpaid fines. These fines will have to be settled before those persons are allowed to continue.
