Police seek public assistance to solve Simpson Bay murder | THE DAILY HERALD

PHILIPSBURG–St. Maarten Police Force KPSM is seeking the public’s help in the August 17 fatal shooting on Sister Modesta Road in Simpson Bay. The victim was found close to a carwash with a gunshot wound to his upper body.

  One suspect was detained in connection with the shooting. However, the police seek more information in this case.

  KPSM’s Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is requesting additional information from any witnesses to the shooting and the events before and after it. Anyone with information about what happened that day that led to the shooting is urged by authorities to share this with police.

  Any additional information, no matter how small, may provide further assistance and clarify exactly what took place on the afternoon of August 17.
