A section of the guardrail next to Bobby’s Marina is twisted and jagged, posing a threat to unsuspecting pedestrians.
This stretch of sidewalk is frequented by residents and cruise ship passengers daily. In addition to the damaged guardrail, the entire pathway is covered in sand making it slippery when dry and wet.
