Also present was the Apostolic Administrator of the diocese, Archbishop Charles Jason Gordon of Port of Spain.

The purpose is for all priests to come together and engage in discussions on topics vital to the functioning of the church across the Dutch Caribbean. It also provides an opportunity for them to seek guidance of the Holy Spirit for their ministry and to strengthen their commitment to the vocation.

Numerous activities took place throughout the week. For example, they attended three religious services.

On Tuesday, they held a Holy Mass at the San Bernardo Church in Playa, on Thursday the service was at the Luis Beltran Church and on Saturday they gathered at the Misa di Coromoto in Antriol.

Throughout the conference no regular church services were held on the various islands within the diocese.
