Police and assisting law enforcement agencies conducted an extensive search at the Pointe Blanche prison Thursday on order of the Prosecutor. The Prosecutor remains silent about the search, but spokesman Norman Serphos said it had to do with an active investigation. Police found sharp objects and drugs during the search. More information will follow once it becomes available, Serphos said.
