PSB Bank offers its mortgage clients six-month grace period

PHILIPSBURG-Postspaarbank (PSB) personal mortgage clients will receive a six-month grace period on payment with a zero annual percentage rate (APR) for the same six-month period.

Personal loan clients will be offered the same grace period, but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The grace period will not be applicable to new loans.

PSB car loan and mortgage loan clients who have damage and need to file a claim should pass by the office in Ms. Lalie Complex on Bush Road for assistance to fill out claim forms. PSB is a broker for NAGICO, Gulf Insurance and Ennia Insurance companies.

Clients who have a mortgage or car loan with PSB and insurance with a provider other than the ones for which PSB is a broker need to go directly to their insurance company to make their claim.

PSB St. Maarten Head Wayne Johnson said, “PSB – the people’s bank – is here to help rebuild St. Maarten for a bigger, better and brighter future. PSB is committed to the people of St. Maarten and to their clients and staff.”

PSB Bank has donated NAf. 75,000 to the Red Cross St. Maarten Chapter to assist with relief efforts.
