The building Atlantic high pressure ridge is pushing a drier air mass into the region. Additionally, an upper level ridge will aid in suppressing deep convection across the local area. Only a few brief isolated showers are expected as a result of lingering low level moisture.
Seas will peak near 5 feet today; a deterioration is expected from tomorrow. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
