Thereafter, a relatively drier and more stable atmosphere will settle over the local region and limit shower activity. Meanwhile, the Atlantic high-pressure system will maintain moderate easterly winds.    

Seas will peak at 7 feet during the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should exercise caution.
