SYNOPSIS: As the tropical wave moves further away from St. Maarten, shower activity will be restricted today. Meanwhile, Saharan dust is also expected to diminish as another tropical disturbance is projected to bring another round of showers to the local area during the latter part of the forecast period. These showers may be accompanied by thunder. Moderate seas will prevail through the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.
