SYNOPSIS:  Moisture and instability associated with a mid to upper level trough and an approaching tropical wave will cause cloudiness, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms across the region. Persons in flood-prone areas should be vigilant.

 

Seas are expected to peak at 9 feet during the next few days. Small craft operators and sea bathers should continue exercising caution.
