SYNOPSIS:  

A relatively stable atmosphere and low moisture levels will restrict precipitation during this forecast period. Meanwhile, the Atlantic high-pressure system will continue to generate mostly gentle winds across the region.

A small craft advisory has been issued for St. Maarten as seas are expected to peak at 8 feet during the next few days. Small craft operators and swimmers should exercise caution.
