It has been many decades since this view of Great Bay has been visible.
The view will not last for long, though, as Sunwing Travel, the current owners of the property that once housed Sonesta Great Bay Beach Resort, has plans to construction a new resort on the site.
It is anticipated that the new resort will bring much needed destination rooms and exposure especially in the Canadian market, where Sunwing is domiciled. (Rajesh Chintaman photo)
