Rare Diamonds successfully defended their 2017 Dance Mania title and became the winner of this year’s competition at the Philipsburg Cultural and Community Centre on Back Street on Saturday evening. The high-energy performance impressed judges and a packed centre filled with teenagers agreed with their winning for a second year in a row. Laugh Out Loud Productions thanked those who came out and said they were proud to host the youth show for the past 13 years.
