PHILIPSBURG–A well-known male repeat offender identified as D.A. for whom an arrest warrant was issued by the Prosecutor’s Office was arrested by members of the St. Maarten Police Force KPSM on Monday, August 5.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of stealing a car, the police said on Tuesday.
The suspect was taken to the police headquarters in Philipsburg, where he was handed over to the Detective Department for questioning and further investigation.
The suspect remains in custody, the police stated.
