St. Maarten Carnival Development Foundation (SCDF) is hosting a Road to Carnival (RTC) TelCell series with a grand party on Walter Plantz Square in Philipsburg on Friday beginning at 8:00pm. The event is also a grand birthday celebration for Carnival-lover and -supporter DJ Vybz. SCDF said there will be lots of surprise giveaways and performances by several guest local artistes. The party will set the mood for the opening of Carnival Village on April 12.
