COLE BAY–Police are yet again investigating another shooting incident, this time in the District of Cole Bay early on Monday evening. A robbers stormed the Tackling Gas Station and approached a gas attendant. Demanding the cash from the worker, the robber took the money from him and in a struggle shot the attendant several times in the chest and head.
Police rushed to the scene where the body of the man was situated near the gas pumps. Police spokesman Chief Inspector Ricardo Henson told The Daily Herald that they are investigating the incident and it is still early to say what exactly took place, but a struggle did occur with the victim and robber. Police are presently at the scene investigating.
