It seems the water woes on Beethoven Road are not drying up. Yet another leak has sprung up and water has been flowing down the steep, hilly road since September 3. Residents said their countless complaints to water distributor GEBE have fallen on deaf ears. Another leak along the road, publicised two weeks ago, was promptly fixed by GEBE the day after the photo was printed.

I do have to defend GEBE…. they do come and repair, so it’s not really deaf ears, they just don’t seem to be able to fix the problem permanently and I can’t help but wonder who’s paying for all this loss of water 🤔
