The Second Chance Recruitment and Training Agency (SCRTA) celebrated its first anniversary by hosting a small awards and certificate ceremony held recently. Attendees included persons who completed a budgeting and a fixed-income preferred stock investment programme. SCRTA was founded in 2016. Photo shows a scene at a SCRTA event.
