The Atlantic high pressure ridge will continue to generate moderate to strong winds across the region. Patches of low level cloud embedded in that wind flow may cause isolated showers over the local area.  
Brisk winds and above normal seas are expected to persist during the next few days. Therefore, small craft operators and sea-bathers should continue to exercise caution.
