POND ISLAND–TelEm Group customers have one extra day to pay their due bills after a power outage brought the company’s billing systems to a halt Monday afternoon.
Customers were unable to pay their bills after the power outage Monday and some left without making their payments, TelEm said in a press release on Monday.
TelEm Group said it will not be disconnecting customers for unpaid bills as scheduled on Tuesday, March 6. Wednesday, March 7, will now be the new date for disconnection of due bills.
TelEm apologises to its customers for any inconvenience caused.
