SABA–A scheduled traffic control was held on J.Z. Ridge Road in Saba on Thursday, March 11. Thirty cars were checked and two fines were issued.

The Caribbean Netherlands Police Force KPCN urges everyone to have the necessary documents in order. Compliance with the rules of the traffic regulation was also strongly advised. “This also contributes to safe traffic on the island,” KPCN said.

Those who do not obey the rules may be fined. Fines for traffic violations vary between US $30 and $225, the police said.
