Threat to passing cars and cyclists

The hollow blocks on this un-plastered retaining wall on Link 1 appear to be coming loose. Blocks that come loose in heavy rainfall or wind can pose a threat to passing cars and cyclists.

The height from which the blocks could fall has the potential to cause injuries and/or damage to vehicles. (John Halley photo)
