Three bandits rob Domino’s Pizza | THE DAILY HERALD

Domino’s Pizza on Bush Road after the robbery around 12:30am Wednesday.

BUSH ROAD–Three men on two scooters waited for the last customer to vacate Domino’s Pizza restaurant on Bush Road and stormed into the establishment with shotguns, threatening workers while demanding cash.

The robbers fired several shots into the glass door of the business and pointed their weapons at one of the employees, repeatedly demanding to be shown where money was hidden. While one robber watched out of the window for any oncoming movement, the others emptied the cash registers and continued terrorising workers.

The robbers decided to settle for the money found in the registers and escaped on their two unmarked scooters with guns in their hands.

The police were contacted immediately.

Store owner John Caputo told The Daily Herald the incident had taken place at 12:13am Wednesday. “I am only concerned about the workers, who are obviously shaken by this experience,” stated Caputo.

Police arrived on the scene and cordoned off the area to collect any evidence the bandits might have left behind.

Nobody was hurt during the robbery.
