A female visitor riding a quad on Bush towards Prins Bernhard Bridge late Wednesday morning hit two vehicles after losing control of the bike between Ital Shack and The Daily Herald.
She suffered a severe leg wound that was bleeding profusely when the ambulance arrived and took her to the hospital. The woman also hit her head against the windshield of one of the cars, but was partially protected by a helmet.
