CAY HILL–Traffic on Link One was disrupted minutes to 4:00pm on Friday afternoon. A trailer capsized and nearly fell down the hill. Luckily no injuries were reported and the driver was seen speaking to traffic officers after the incident took place.
Police quickly set up a road block and directed traffic. They started the traffic investigation and declined to comment until the investigation is over.
