WILLEMSTAD–In a statement to the media, President of the Central Bank of Curaçao and St. Maarten (CBCS) Emsley Tromp said that he took the documents on real estate transactions to the Attorney General Guus Schram.
According to him, the investigation may be related to the purchase of apartments in Miami. Tromp stressed that went to the prosecution himself to turn over these documents. “It was my own initiative and I voluntarily gave Schram the documents. I will fully cooperate with any investigation,” said Tromp.
